Terms & Conditions

 

    1.    Appointment Booking

    •    A valid contact number and email address are required when booking appointments to ensure smooth communication.

    •    A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

    2.    Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.

    •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.

    •    Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

    3.    Late Arrivals

    •    Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

    •    Timely arrivals ensure that you receive the full service without impacting other clients’ bookings.

    4.    Refunds

    •    No refunds will be provided for completed services or for deposits in the event of cancellations.

    5.    Health & Safety

    •    Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and effective service.

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or safety.

    6.    Children & Guests

    •    To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.

    7.    Retail Purchases

    •    Retail product purchases are final, except in cases of a product fault.

    8.    Promotions & Discounts

    •    Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking or purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

    •    Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
